Anniversary lunch @Samira by Asian Terrace

7 years of togetherness! 🥰🥰 What better way to celebrate than having some good food with a beautiful location and a breath of fresh air.
We decided to celebrate our anniversary at Samira by Asian Terrace @ KL PAC, Sentul.
We had a quiet lunch facing the lake, accompanied by some heartwarming Thai food and it was blissful.

Time for food!

Crispy deep fried prawns wrapped in wonton skin (RM24)

Juicy deep fried prawns complemented with the crispy wonton skin and the sweet and spicy Thai sauce. Good start to our meal.

For our main course , we had white rice with a few Thai dishes.
Of course we had to have Thai green curry!

Traditional Thai Green Curry with Chicken(RM30)

This curry tasted very authentic, with hints of sweet and savoury and goes well with the white rice.

Prawn and Chicken Omelette (RM20)

By far one of the fluffiest omelettes I’ve had! 🥰🤩
Loved it!

Soft Shell 🦀  with homemade sauce (RM38)

We didn’t really like this dish, as the sauce was very salty and didn’t go well with the fried soft shell crabs.

Overall we had a good time at Samira. 🤩🥳

Finally I had to include our #10yearschallenge.
10 years ago we started as good friends in college, and we became lab partners in university thanks to our similar names, and we became best friends/lovers! It has been one hell of a joyride! Thanks for the good times babe!

Cheers to an amazing 7 years, and many more to go! ❤️Can’t wait for all our adventures together! Thanks for reading xoxo 💋

‘All you need is love, but a little chocolate now and then won’t hurt’- Charles M.Schulz
🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫
Can’t figure out where to go for your weekly date nights or birthday celebrations?? Well, I’ve got you covered with this post!

Sinful Malaysia is a dessert bar located in Plaza Arkadia in Desa Park City, started operating about one month back, and they all about the chocolate desserts!

The moment you enter their restaurant, you’re greeted with soft lighting and a very calming ambiance, perfect to enjoy these chocolaty goodness with your loved ones! 🍫 🍮

Their Chocolate is imported from Belgium, and they have three different kinds of chocolate sauces, white, milk and dark.
The staffs were accommodating and friendly, and we were served with 4 of their best seller desserts!

**********

The Waffle Sandwich (RM19.50)

consists of vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two pieces of waffles and topped with another big scoop of ice cream, drenched in chocolate sauces. The waffle was warm and combined with the ice cream it was a very comforting combination ❤️

The Magic Ball

Was definitely magical alright! A beautiful mess consisting of a big chocolate dome , melted with hot chocolate, and filled with chocolate brownies, strawberries, marshmallow  and ooey gooey chocolate!

Banana Crepe Roll( RM 21.50)

Consists of a big roll of Crepe stuffed with Bananas and Strawberries and Rice Krispies drenched in a mixture of chocolate sauces and whipped cream.

Double Chocolate Crepe (RM 25)

Consists of thin layer of crepe covered in white chocolate and milk chocolate sauce! My personal favourite! ❤️

Other than desserts, they also serve drinks like shakes and juices to cleanse your palate after all that chocolate overload!

Chocolate Milkshake (RM 14.00)

Cocktail (RM 20)

Overall, all my chocolate cravings were satisfied thanks to this super chocolaty meal! Will definitely return here when I need my chocolate cravings fixed! 🤓

Namelaka Patisserie , Bangsar

I’ve always had a sweet tooth, and was thrilled when I got invited for Namelaka Patisserie food review!

Namelaka has opened their doors about a month back in the heart of Bangsar.
Basically Namelaka is a Japanese
word which means “creamy texture”, which perfectly describes their desserts 😍😍

The moment you enter their cafe, it’s filled with white walls and simple white interior with modern furniture, and a big glass window with a view of Bangsar. I’m in love with their interior, and you get the pop of colours from their colourful desserts! 🤩

 Namelaka’s current theme is “fruits”.
They make these ‘too pretty to eat desserts’ that resembles actual fruits like apple, pear and orange.

And most importantly, these desserts are made with no added sugars. They are made mainly using white chocolate, and each piece of dessert takes 2 days to make 😱! I know right?!
It’s especially fun to crack open the shell of the desserts and see the cream and fruits oozing out 😅

Namelaka Patisserie is definitely a very instagrammable cafe 😻😻😻

The Pear (RM21) is made of Chocolate, Pear Ganache Montee, Pear Gel and fresh pear cubes. It tastes like a fancy version of an actual pear 😂 I liked the subtle taste of the fruit with a
hint of white chocolate, goes very well together!

The Green Apple (RM19) is made of Chocolate, Apple Ganache Montee, Apple Gel, fresh Apple cube and dill. This was my favourite! Sweet with a little zing from the green Apple yummm 🍏

The Passionfruit (RM23) is made of Chocolate, Ginger Ganache Montee, Passion fruit gel and fresh passionfruit. I love passion fruits, but this one has a strong taste of ginger, so it may be a good option for all the ginger lovers out there! 😍

The Lemon (RM23) is made of Chocolate, Lemon Ganache Montee, Lemon Gel, Lemon Marmalade, Fresh Lemon Segments and Fresh Mint leaves.
Ok so this legit was sour! Tastes exactly like a lemon, with bits of lemon 🍋, citrus lovers this ones for you haha 😁

Lastly we have the Orange (RM21) made of Chocolate, Orange Ganache Montee, Orange Gel, Marmalade, fresh orange segment, and Timut Pepper, I loved the 🍊 as well.

Other than desserts, they serve drinks like mocktails and coffee. I tried their Cappuccino and it was very rich and aromatic, goes well with the creamy texture of the desserts.

Other than their fruit desserts, they also have a Party Cake, which resembles a Rubik’s Cube! The perfect cake for any parties, priced at RM220, with 25 individual pieces of cubes consisting of different flavours.

All in all, the desserts at Namelaka are definitely a treat to the eyes and the tastebuds hehe 😋
Their service is impeccable and the staffs are very friendly!
Can’t wait for their next venture of desserts!
I would recommend to try their desserts! Once again, thanks for the invite and the good food and hospitality to Namelaka Patisserie! ❤️

Thanks for reading! Xoxo 💋
